The Satisfyer Pro 3+ is my go-to vibrator when I want to get off quickly: It fits my t-dick, it’s easily strong enough for me, and it’s the only toy that can comfortably get me off in less than five minutes.
Design & Specs
The Satisfyer Pro 3+ is an air pulse style vibrator which vibrates the air for stimulation rather than vibrating the toy itself. These are sometimes called “clit suction” vibes, although they don’t offer true suction. It is dual-purpose: The “+” is there because it also has a standard vibration function that vibrates the toy for direct contact.

The opening is large enough to fit the head of my t-dick, which is the main reason I got this model; many air pulse vibes do not fit people who are transmasc, FTM, or otherwise have t-dicks or large clits. The entrance is about 0.63×0.63″ with a depth of 1.5″. Other models tend to be too small and difficult to work with. I don’t think I’d want to go smaller than maybe 0.6×0.5″ and a depth of 1″, personally; part of why these work is the open air around one’s bits, so a snug fit won’t feel the same.
Most air pulse vibrators don’t list the measurements of the opening, but here’s what I have found from my own measurements and feedback online. I put a sparkles emoji ✨ next to ones with openings similar to or larger than the Pro 3+. These are sorted by total opening size, with the largest at the top.

The sleek appearance looks luxurious, but in hand, it feels cheap. The outer silicone layer of the handle is not perfectly flush with the casing, so it moves a little when I press my fingers against it, like a rug with a bump in it. The silicone head stays on firmly, although I’ve heard others say that theirs comes off, leading to questions about whether the vibe is really water-resistant. I have a decently high tolerance for flaws—most of the items I review are handmade products which have aesthetic imperfections—but for a factory-produced product that sells at this price, and as something that feels like it could peel off, the flimsy silicone layer leaves a pretty poor impression.
There are three buttons: One for vibrations, one to increase air pulse, and one to decrease air pulse. They are easy to feel and press. To turn it on and off, I hold the increase air pulse button for a few seconds. Having up/down buttons is really nice and I think all vibrators ought to have them, although it’s an odd decision to have up/down settings for the air pulse without having them for the vibrations.
There are grooves inside the opening which makes it difficult to fully clean.
It charges through a magnetic USB cord: Plug the USB into your computer or a wall adapter, and attach the other end to the magnetic dots on the vibrator.

The air pulse vibrations sound janky. While I enjoy them in use, the motor feels and sounds wobbly like an awkwardly fluttering bird. It’s particularly bad on the weaker settings. At least the standard vibrations don’t have this weirdness.
The sound level is low-to-mid-range. I could probably use the lower settings of either vibration mode behind a closed door, maybe even the higher settings. But it’s only quiet when it’s on my dick; if the opening isn’t fully closed off, it gets way louder. (Nowhere near as loud as the one vibrator I have that has true suction, though.)
Retail price is $70. I ordered mine from Peepshow Toys in 2022 for $56, but they no longer carry it. This one seems a lot less common on reputable retailers’ sites than other Satisfyer products. However, a number of retailers still carry it, alongside grocery and pharmacy chains like CVS.
In Use
This was my second ever air pulse vibe, after the viral Tracy’s Dog one. The Tracy’s Dog vibe only fit me for about a month since I got it right before I started T; while it technically still fits, there’s no room since I fit the full depth, so I get direct stimulation which is not intended with this style of vibrator. When it did fit, it could get me off within a minute, but the orgasm would leave me unsatisfied. Good to handle sexual frustration, not so much to have a good time. I hoped the Pro 3+ would be a better experience.
It fits the head of my clit without the hood, with a bit of space to spare. That works out for me, though I’d love one wide and deep enough to fit the hood as well. Depth-wise, I do not reach the end of it. Girth-wise, the head just barely does not touch the edges.
I can slide the vibe so that the edges touch the side of my head, which I really enjoy! It gives me the air pulse vibrations while also allowing me to feel the ribbed texture from the inside of the opening. Often, I will roll my wrist to move the vibe counter-clockwise, letting me feel the texture from each side and overall enhancing the experience.
The wobbliness of the motor at low speeds translates into sensation, but it’s not too bad, and the vibration feels more consistent on higher intensities.

So, what do air pulse vibes feel like? Between the few that I’ve tried, it’s different between them all. It feels a lot closer to a standard vibrator than it does to mechanical suction or silicone suction toys, but with a tension just beneath my skin and with an uninterrupted tapping pattern. It’s more intense at lower levels and easier to get off quickly, but it can sometimes feel like it yanks an orgasm out of me instead of taking the time to build up.
If I stick to levels 1-4, I could take my time, but that would take quite a while to build up. Going up to levels 5-7, it gets me off within five minutes. I usually start around 4-5 for a minute or two before bumping it up. I rarely go above level 7.
It’s too intense for me to keep it on while orgasming. Right when I get to the edge, I take it off and press it against the side of my dick/foreskin and let that push me to orgasm.
This is one of the few vibrators where patterns actually work well. I like having the air pulse at a constant speed while the vibrations are on a pattern. When the vibrations fade or are absent, the air pulse fills in the gaps, which eliminates the problem I usually have with patterns in that the gaps take away from the experience.
I don’t use the vibration function on its own. I’d rather use a bullet vibe for that.

Overall
The Satisfyer Pro 3+ taught me to love air pulse vibes. It does some things pretty well, is nicely sized for me, and has decent strength. If I could only ever have two vibes, I’d make sure to have a good bullet and a good air pulse vibe.
However, the motor sounds and feels like it’s struggling (as it has since I first got it), and the craftsmanship of the silicone on the outside could be better.
Would I buy it again if it broke? Maybe, if only due to lack of alternatives in similar size, but I’d be more likely to try the Curvy (since I know I like Satisfyer’s air pulse vibrations and the opening size is the same) with the hopes that the motor worked better.
