Medusa from Master4Fancy calls to me with its beautiful design, strong texture, and potential for depth play. Add in the serpentine character and it’s a recipe for something that ticks all my boxes.
Design & Specs
Master4Fancy creates downright stunning toys. Their designs have high quality details and unique silhouettes, while their pours are loaded with shimmer and they use Near Clear silicone in a way that looks crystalline. I’ve previously reviewed their Reaper 403, ÖLZIITEI, Burning Sword, and Flash of Prey.
Medusa caught my eye right away when it was launched. Some of you may recall I have a thing for merfolk, and that interest easily extends to naga and other serpentfolk. I couldn’t resist the combination of design traits and species appeal.
Medusa’s upper half features bumps and scales with a serpentine curve, while the bottom half transforms into mechanical plates and patterns. The tip, while not fully tapered, ends in a fierce-looking point. The character associated with the dildo is a lady with snakes for hair and has a snake-like body from the waist down, wearing a few pieces of armor along the tail.
The Natural coloration is a wash of white shimmer over beautiful green-blue, with the white shimmer pooling at the tip. It’s gorgeous and does a really good job of emphasizing the details of the design.

In medium firmness 5A, it is moderately squishy and feels very similar to 00-50, which is the firmness of most dildos I own and is what I tend to prefer. Typically, 5A would feel firmer than this; however, Master4Fancy’s website discloses that their 5A feels like 00-50, which I find to be accurate. I enjoy this firmness for the internal pressure and the texture intensity.
In size medium, Medusa has a usable length of 9.3″ and a maximum diameter of 2.1″, reaching 1.8″ girth halfway down. 1.8″ diameter is a little slimmer than my usual preference, but still within the range that I prefer.
It requires a little bit of extra care when cleaning. The crisp details on the design are skillfully sculpted, but will trap fluids. Swiping these crevices down with a finger while washing does the trick.
The package was just as luxurious to open as my other packages from Master4Fancy. In addition to Medusa, I received a small Oz knotted dildo for review, a character print for both Medusa and Oz, four stickers, two teenies, two satin-lined bags, two mesh bags, two care booklets, and a pin, all tucked inside heart-shaped bubble-wrap.
In size medium, Medusa is ¥1099 CNY ($163 USD). A suction cup base can be added for ¥73 CNY ($11 USD). You can get 5% off through my affiliate link or with code: FROST. In Use (Vaginal)
While Medusa’s texture is intimidating and alien at first glance, it’s much more comfortable than I expected. It falls into the “moderate texture” camp, making it stimulating and satisfying without being intense. Along the upper half, the small, well-defined details create a bumpy/spiky texture that ripples across my skin, large enough for me to define which part I’m feeling yet small enough to be highly stimulating. This is one of my favorite texture styles.
I can easily fit the upper half. It naturally comes to a stop just above the plated lower portion (which is kind of like a sheath), and it’s super easy to thrust or ride without going too deep. It tends to take conscious effort to push down past the natural stop. If I end up going too hard and deep, the pointed tip may poke my cervix, which I find unpleasant, but this happens less frequently than I worried it would.
Medium Medusa is thicker than the average cock yet slimmer than my usual preference, which puts the girth in a very comfortable range for me: It’s slim enough to thrust easily while remaining thick enough that I have a sense of fullness. Between the texture and the curve, there is constant friction against some of my favorite spots, particularly close to my entrance.
It doesn’t quite fit my specs for vaginal depth play. At over 9″ usable length, if I want to use it all, I need to get the head back into that pocket behind the cervix (the posterior fornix). While it has a slim tip, the head itself isn’t that skinny, making this difficult for me to do. I can get a little bit of extra depth if I wiggle it, but it’s a little too thick for me. (I expected this since I knew the head wasn’t that slender, so I’m not disappointed or surprised.)
When I keep Medusa as deep as comfortable and slowly thrust or ride, it starts to inch back behind my cervix. I can feel the tip trying to push just a little bit deeper, gentler than Ember but more noticeable than Kane. So while it doesn’t truly get back there, it still feels good when it’s prodding around my cervix, pressing into a spot that feels a little more tender (in a good way) than the rest of my insides.
My favorite way to play with Medusa is to insert it as deep as I comfortably can, rotate it slightly, then thrust about an inch in and out at a moderate pace. I can feel the tip rubbing deep inside like it’s trying to go deeper, while the ridges rub deliciously against my front wall. It’s thick enough to satisfy while slim enough for fluid movement.

Master4Fancy offers the option to add a suction cup indent to the base. The indent is deep and the suction is very strong; once I suction this onto tiles, it sticks impressively well. Considering Medusa’s length and the strength of the suction, I imagine this should be an excellent choice for suctioning to the shower wall. (Unfortunately, I can’t test it against a shower wall right now, so I’m taking an educated guess.)
I personally have little use for suction cup bases outside of using them with a handle (and, unfortunately, this one is too wide for my Silc Arts handle). However, I find the base easy to hold even with the indent, and it gives me something to grip onto a little easier than a flat base would, although at the cost of a little leverage. If I ever want to make use of the suction cup base, I have it; if not, no problem.
While riding without suctioning it down, I need to use one hand to hold it in place. It’s not bad, but I vastly prefer thrusting.

Overall
Medusa is a beautifully designed fantasy dildo whose serpentine curve and distinct texture make it an excellent choice for moderate-to-fast-paced thrusting. Its length opens up the opportunity for depth play—although in my case, the head is a little thicker than what I can manage at that depth, but I still enjoy the tip prodding near my cervix.
I would recommend Medusa for anyone who enjoys moderate texture, particularly those who also like gentle cervix prodding. If it appeals to you but you don’t want the risk of cervix-pokeyness, it’s feasible to manage that as long as you don’t go hard and fast at the same time, or the small size may be a better fit.
