Fantasy Toy Reviews from a Transmasc Perspective
Whether you know a lot, a little, or nothing at all about sex toys, it can be daunting to figure out what’s out there or what you want. We’ve got dildos, vibrators, and a host of other kinds of toys to help provide or enhance our sexual experiences. Within each of those categories, there’s an…
Over the past number of years, the sex toy industry has expanded their anatomical inspirations from cis male penises to include parts such as vulvas and buttholes and mouths, both with realistic and fantastical designs. Most of the designs out there appear to be based on cisgender anatomy, but there’s a growing number of designs…
It’s not a secret I have a thing for werewolves. I write about them, design them, and fantasize about them. Who can resist the monstrous allure of those muscles, fangs, teeth, and piles of fluff? VaaChar’s Asena helps me play out my werewolf fantasies in addition to being a neat model in its own right.…
VaaChar’s Oisin the Red Deer departs from my typical tastes: It’s long, slender, smooth, and tapered. But I just had to give it a try both for the unique shape and for the fantasy. Anthro bucks aren’t unknown in the fantasy world (certainly not since Bad Dragon‘s Sveinn), but the models are few and far…
Is there anything more quintessentially fantasy than tentacles? They’ve been the subject of erotic fantasies for centuries and a staple of the fantasy dildo market for years. Tentacles were some of the first toys I looked at ten years ago when I first started shopping around. There were so few models back then, but with…
Every time I see a fantasy toy specifically intended for transgender people, I feel a little giddy inside. We’re not afterthoughts and we don’t just passively exist in the fantasy toy community; we’re actively acknowledged and respected. It’s something I greatly appreciate, both from shops and other collectors. Neotori recently released Thorvald’s Prism, their first…
I’ve had Nox for years now. It was one of my first two fantasy toys, and I chose it after agonizing over all of Bad Dragon’s catalog at the time. Did I want something more or less phallic? Alien or dragon? Knot or not? Nox and Terra won out. The sculpt is gorgeous, the specs…
Wandering Bard Toys focuses heavily on D&D-inspired dildos, one of two shops I know of that centers itself around this theme (the other being Pleasure Forge). From classics like dragons and kobolds to lesser-known monsters like tarrasques and displacer beasts, the Bards have come up with a compendium worthy of a seasoned adventurer. Before purchasing,…
Neotori’s Finn is one of the few feline models I’ve seen in the realm of fantasy toys. Feline-inspired toys typically feature a barbed texture, promising unique and intense stimulation. There are a few different ways to approach barbs—such as the tiny, pointy spikes of Xenocat’s Symbiote or the diamond-shaped bumps on Xenocat’s Uropa—and Finn features…
Creature Feature Toys’ Artemis—which comes in two versions: standard and emblazoned—is a beautiful dragon model. The emblazoned version, which I have, is larger and more textured than the standard, fitting comfortably into my size and aesthetic preferences. In place of scales, the base features spikes, giving it a suitably dragon-like appearance. Creature Feature Toys has…
